Dosterep 25 Eplerenone . is used as an add-on therapy to normalize blood pressure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular and renal events, such as stroke, heart attack, and kidney failure. It is also used to reduce the risk of stroke in people with a history of congestive heart failure. It can also be used to reduce the risk of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in individuals with hypertension.
