Dolo-meta-B Fort is a double strength dose of Dolo-meta-B used in the treatment of back pain which may be due to age, posture, smoking or muscle strains. It contains Diclofenac which is an NSAID and also Vitamins B1, B6, and B12 which are factored in the relief of painful conditions of the back.
