Synazi 500mg Tablet is an antibiotic used to treat various types of bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, ear, nose, throat, lungs, skin, and eye in adults and children. It is also effective in typhoid fever and some sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea.

Synazi 500mg Tablet contains Azithromycin it belongs to the group of broad-spectrum antibiotics. Azithromycin is a major class of antibiotics chemically called azalides. Azithromycin is widely used in treating certain bacterial infections like sinusitis, ear pain, and pneumonia. It is found to be a macrolide-type antibiotic.
